I bought two packs of meatloaf mix three days before Easter and freeze them. Night before took them out to unfreeze and wanted to start cooking. One package was nice and pink color and other one was grey. I was unpleasantly surprised and thrown them both in the garbage. Went to Stop & Shop to complain to manager, he told me that they already had some problem. I’m done with this company, because not trusting them anymore.
Marcho Farms is honestly really good. The lamb doesn’t have that gamey taste you usually get with imported stuff and the quality is super consistent. Honestly doesn’t even need much seasoning.
