Really disappointed with my experience. I booked Marching Maids ahead of time for a move-out cleaning, and they cancelled on me last minute, the day before I have to be out of my place. To make things worse, communication was poor throughout. No real explanation, no effort to help me find another option, just left me scrambling to find someone else on zero notice. If you're relying on a cleaning service for an important deadline like a move-out, I'd recommend going with someone else. 1 star.
I had my first cleaning with Marching Maids and they did a great job! They were able to squeeze me in the same day and were on time and super friendly! They did a deep clean and we are happy with the results! I have booked them as a recurring monthly service. Highly recommend.
My house looks amazing again!! Lea is the best. Always does extra things that add to my home cleaning!!
I was looking for a reputable cleaning service company to help with my sister and brother-in-law household upkeep due to their disabilities. The house was in dire need of cleaning and the living conditions were poor.
