We had the pleasure of working with Paul Marchi for our recent home purchase in Fallbrook, CA. I truly do not do too many reviews but, Mr. Paul Marchi is amazing. If you are trying to figure out the best way to go about obtaining--"an as is" value of your home. Then Paul is the person to hire. He is professional, helpful and does an excellent thorough analysis on your home value. He definitely knows his stuff...even info about the foundational structure! I have worked with Paul on many purchase transactions through out the years. He have always been there to get the job done in a timely manner. Even when we have had value issue we are notified before he continues out to the properties.
