I only went for an oil change. I'm an out of Towner and when I first walked into the dealership I was shocked on how filthy the place actually is. To start with, I've been to probably hundreds of other dealerships in my lifetime and this was the worst I've ever walked into. You walk in and the dust is so thick on everything in there. Waiting room. There is no coffee. There is no TV. There's only two chairs and there's piles of crap lined up on both sides of the walkway.
