Went to her for a second opinion, further tests and imaging and was dismissed. Stated: 'everything is already done on this level' well I've already done everything and would appreciate some help is what I said. Her staff messaged me and said we can't help you find somewhere else to receive treatment. Is this our Medical System?
She takes time with you and you aren’t rushed through like cattle. Office staff PAs nurses all great. I really like them and appreciate them.
She doesn’t rush appointments so I have never felt like a number with her. She actively listens and considers the whole person and the fact that I avoid medications. She works w me. Also, I had a situation where I needed immediate care and though she couldn’t squeeze me in on her schedule, she had her PA take care of what I needed. I was seen within 24 hours.
Dr Marlo is honest and listens to your problems and what you have to say. Takes her time and won’t just dismiss your concerns. I like everything about her!!
I’m so happy to have a doctor that listens, takes her time, answers questions, addresses concerns, and is thorough! Highly recommended
She seemed ok at first, but at one point she started went on a very long rant about her beliefs on a particularly controversial subject. This really had nothing to do with my appointment and made me quite uncomfortable. And if that wasn’t bad enough, when I tried to explain to her my issues with anxiety, she totally dismissed me, and basically acted like I was just being stupid.
I can't say enough about Dr. Marlo ... she takes the time to listen, goes over all your test results in a way that is very understandable, she asks questions , she is compassionate and very kind ... would highly recommend her! Also, the staff is incredible.
Disagree with her,I got kicked out of the office where I have gone for 21 years,Drs. aren't always right.
Outstanding care! She listens and follows up quickly. Doesn't push medication on you. Provides sound medical advice.
