Went to her for a second opinion, further tests and imaging and was dismissed. Stated: 'everything is already done on this level' well I've already done everything and would appreciate some help is what I said. Her staff messaged me and said we can't help you find somewhere else to receive treatment. Is this our Medical System?
Dr Rahim performed a routine colonoscopy. Both he and his staff were excellent throughout the entire process. I am a healthcare professional myself and have high standards. They exceeded them. Highly recommend Dr Rahim and his staff!!
She takes time with you and you aren’t rushed through like cattle. Office staff PAs nurses all great. I really like them and appreciate them.
She doesn’t rush appointments so I have never felt like a number with her. She actively listens and considers the whole person and the fact that I avoid medications. She works w me. Also, I had a situation where I needed immediate care and though she couldn’t squeeze me in on her schedule, she had her PA take care of what I needed. I was seen within 24 hours.
Dr. Helman is very kind, and she really listens to me. She takes time to explain lab and test results. She answers my questions - even when I bring a list! She explains what my medications are for and why I need them and also why they might be able to be stopped if situations change.Sometimes she runs late but I'll always wait for her because she is worth it!! All of the Walworth girls are also amazing. My only complaint is that Dr. Helman works part-time.
Dr Chahin is knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to my issues and makes me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. His office people are amazing and very helpful.
Dr Marlo is honest and listens to your problems and what you have to say. Takes her time and won’t just dismiss your concerns. I like everything about her!!
Right knee replacement . The entire experience was awesome from pre-op through post-op.
