If this is the only company that approves you for a rental, keep looking. In my experience, Marchant prioritizes fees over tenants. Both homes I rented through them were poorly maintained and falling apart. I’ve also spoken with other tenants who shared the same concerns. I won’t make the mistake of renting with them again. Read the reviews before committing.
