NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL GET AGGRESSIVE. They do 6 month inspections and they have always been a problem. I left work early (using my PTO) for a scheduled inspection and they no call no showed yet, if I were to miss an appointment I would be charged $75. This company is a scam. Not only do they refuse to actually no any work. They allow mice to get infested on the house. They also charge you even tho you have freedom of speech when all your trying to do is fix the issues of the house which where major. The house was and still is falling apart. Awful company - only cares for profit. Never will use again.
The Marchant team is fantastic to work with. Very responsive, friendly, and professional.
I have been working with Marchant for over seven years now, and they have been incredible. They are very responsive. They are very proactive there is little for me to ever. Do they take care of it all for me and make it easy. I recommend them to anybody needing assistance with property management and anything else they do.
Worst and least professional management company I’ve ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and pick someone else. This is not a fake review decided to keep my name private due to unprofessional contact and attempt at contact with me. Read rest of reviews these guys feel like they are never in the wrong it’s like talking to a wall.
