Great Place to Live, But a Warning March West Commons is overall a great place to live, and I enjoyed my time there. However, I want to warn future residents to carefully document the condition of their apartment when moving out. I was charged $714.44 for cleaning and carpet replacement despite cleaning the apartment beforehand and believing the carpet showed normal wear and tear after living there for 3 years. I’m currently disputing these charges. Take plenty of photos, videos, and keep all move-out documentation!
