This is a late review but we came here last year March for my partner’s birthday. The service was amazing, the best I’ve experienced. They gave each of us a bag to take home to remember our experience. The food was delicious but I remembered the chef mentioning that they wanted to explore our other tastebuds so the dishes would contain bitterness which was different from their usual courses. The food and the vibes were great. Kevin was super patient and was knowledgeable about all the wine and dishes we had, and helped us have a great time both times we visited.
By far and away the most consistent premier dining experience available in Houston, but arguably in the US. I’ve eaten at 2 and 3 stars across the country and across continents - yet I always yearn to come back to March. The passion here is always palpable - food is extraordinary, always, service is never less than exceptional, and the experience is always memorable. After having experienced 5 seasons here, I cannot wait to get the chance for more! No one does it quite like March
