They came right away to fix a problem around the holidays and kept following up to make sure everything was ok. You can trust them with everything. I’m so deeply thankful !
Have used Marcey for deliveries and service since 2020. They have been great. This year I have had to call them twice for problems with my burner, and was amazed how quickly they responded. Their technicians are great; professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been terrific.
They are extremely responsive and do a great job. During the last blizzard/power outage, they replaced the expansion tank on our furnace within minutes of our call for service. It seemed like the van pulled up before we hung up the phone! They were literally driving around town with replacement tanks in their van responding to many calls since the power outage had caused many tanks to expand and fail as they are designed to do! We could not be happier and they could not be nicer.
Due to medical necessity we needed a generator and propane installation. Calling Marcey Oil & Propane Co. was the best decision during an extremely difficult time. The courteous, knowledgeable, efficient staff assessed our needs and offered options and solutions.
