Soot everywhere on new floors, new painted trim, sills, filthy damper, AND they lied about charges, adding $90 to clean brick surround which was done with a rag and water because they forgot to bring supplies! The office manager? owner? screamed when challenged on padded bill. Dishonest and a joke. They should stick to laundry exhaust

Marcel’s did a great job repairing and capping our chimney. They came in with a fair price, completed the project on schedule, were professional throughout the process and left the job site tidy at completion. We would definitely use them again!

Great service! Kevin did a great job cleaning and inspecting our chimneys. Did not create any mess and cleaned up everything before leaving. Charged a very reasonable rate and itemised everything on the invoice. Also recommended some additional work and gave me good quotes on the spot. Definitely will use again and recommend to anyone.
