BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a move-out cleaning for the day right after we were scheduled to move out. This was all confirmed on July 15. The day of the cleaning appointment rolls around, and when I try to confirm that they will indeed be arriving at 1pm that day, I received no response. The cleaners did NOT show up, I received no notice, and I could not reach anyone via call (left 3 voicemails)/text/Yelp message/even email. Highly recommend! Marcel and her team came in and got right to work in the midst of our chaotic moving day. They effortlessly navigated around all of our boxes and the moving crew. Marcel and her partner worked quickly to freshen our entire home. Their cleaning service was such a big help to us on our move-out day. Thank you, Marcel!
