You need to add another star to rate Marcelo's. If you want a perfect result you cannot find a better place. I had a scratch in my matte black motorcycle gas tank. Another body shop called in two other "specialists" to repair it. The result was they would not touch it. No problem for Marcelo. Although I was prepared to have the tank repainted. I was recommended to come to Marcelo's after someone hit my three month old Jeep Patriot. From my first phone call and then meeting with Tom, my worries of having my new Jeep looking as it was when I saw her on the showroom floor where relieved. Great customer service, got my car side swiped and all I had to do was put them in touch with the other party and they took care of the rest. They blended the work so good you can even tell it was repaired. Would definitely come back!
This place has the best customer service and is the most honest and reliable place I've ever taken my car. My issue was a small one but it was quoted as high as 2k and i got a second opinion here, quoted for $500 and 5 hours of work, got my car back the same day I dropped it off! They also knocked the price down a bit for work they thought was needed but ended up not being necessary. I was in an accident that resulted in front end damage. Marcelos was great. I brought over the car, they took a look and told me about how long it'd take to get the parts in. The day I dropped of my car, they took the quote from my insurance company and my keys and handled everything. There was additional work required, not originally on the quote, and they dealt with the insurance company to get it covered. They kept me in the loop the whole time. I loved using Marcelo's Auto body! I had been rear ended in the Philadelphia metro area and I knew I had to get my car towed out of the city limits because the city does not have regulations regarding repairs.
