This oncology office is one of the most heartless, disorganized, and disrespectful medical facilities we have ever dealt with. Cancer patients are treated like they are nothing more than numbers on a list. The reception staff, especially Carmen, is shockingly rude, yelling at sick people and their families, speaking with no compassion, no patience, and no professionalism.
