Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. I love that they ... read more

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
