It's a family owned establishment. They have operated in York for over 30 years. During our visit I witnessed that with my hubby and I being the exception that every single person that came in all the workers knew each customer by name as well as their parents. Seriously these two sisters came in To get the order and the cashier says "I saw your orders on the ticket but nothing for your dad so I called him and he ordered two.
