We recently used Marcello to finish our basement then do a complete first floor renovation including our kitchen and office. Marcello’s Builders would recommend 10/10 for any big or small home renovation project My husband and I underwent a 5 month project which included a brand new kitchen (expansion 5 feet back), storage room, mechanical room relocation, garage expansion (went from single to double car) an addition above the garage for our new master suite, master bath, and laundry relocation to upstairs. Contracted to have a new patio installed the crew were very reliable, neat and timely. Very satisfied with the way the patio turned out will hire Marcello Builders again.
Marcello goes above and beyond. We spent well over 2 years going back and forth with our insurance company about a repair due to a tree falling into our roof and breaking a number of beams, a hip rafter, and other 130 year old wooden structures keeping my house up. Needless to say, there were plans, revised plans, and a lot of communication with us and the town, AND the insurance adjusters (we had 4 before the repair was completed).
