They refused to fix many issues with my unit including rats, mice and roaches, overcharged me upon move out for damage done by previous tenant, failed to do a post move out inspection on previous tenant, had mold in my unit and painted over it, contractor that maintained their units was a clutz. Overall I'm thankful for the learning experience and will make sure inspections are done to avoid being on the hook for damages I didnt do.
