I’ve been seeing Dr Cox for almost a year now and she’s by far the BEST Doctor I’ve ever had. Lucy, her nurse is also amazing. They cared so much for me and have always treated me well and given me appointments last minute when I need them due to my hectic schedule. Dr Cox has shown me so much love and kindness during the year and helped me when every other doctor just told me they didn’t know what was wrong. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying for 6-7 weeks to get a refill on a basic sleep medication. For the first 3-4 phone calls, I received zero response. When I spoke to the Dr.'s Nurse, I explained it to her and she said she would talk to the doctor. Fast forward 4 more weeks and I STILL cannot get this medication. Looks like I need to find another provider. If you have any life threatening medications you need, don't go to this practice!
EXCELLENT Doctor's as well as Dental offices and state of the Art Rehab facility. However excellent the professionals are office managers border on Neanderthal & their brethren...the sub-mental Simeon ancestral gene pool or lack thereof. UGH!!
