He has patiently guided us through every step, answered all our questions, and made himself available 24/7. His understanding and dedication have been truly remarkable. It has been a long and challenging journey for us to find a home, but with his support, we have finally achieved our goal. Will update again moving forward. I have way more to say about this home purchase than I could possibly ever put into a Google review but I'll at least begin to scratch the surface. Warranty repairs are a joke, of course, because they're free. They mess something up more every time.
