I was very impressed with Marcella Apartments at 101 Benevita Place in Hampton, VA. Community Manager Lindsey Van Osten is incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming — she makes you feel at home right away. The property itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained landscaping, spotless common areas, and a pool that looks like a resort. Esther is such a great person to lease with! Her management skills, and professionalism is everything a resident is looking for.
The only apartment I've ever seen not accept online bank transfers. Had to go to my bank for cash and pay at Walmart to make my deposit because allegedly that's more secure. Please get with the times. What a joke.
Can’t think of a worse experience. They threw out all my belongings in 2020 when rent was paid up until 2 months prior and went to court and won the settlement.
The lack of lights in the bottom floor is unacceptable. especially building 6 or 600. The ground floor is so dark anyone could be lurking. You need a light to locate your drop door as it is pitch black
