Office looks perfect clean the front desk is very nice and feel welcome, the team is efficient and take the time about my concerns and I very grateful with th NP, she is very kind and helpful she really take the time to respond all my questions and feel confident for all suggestions, I appreciate the time she take with me
The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was completely professional and understanding. They actively listened to my questions and concerns, and showed genuine care for me as an individual. For someone who moved to Fort Worth, Texas recently, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had!
I wish there were an option to give zero stars because I would not recommend this office at all. I was told I would be scheduled with an OBGYN, but that never happened. During my appointment, I requested multiple times to speak with an OBGYN and was repeatedly denied. After waiting nearly four months for this appointment, I expected to receive answers and proper care—not dismissal. I've never experienced this level of disregard from a medical provider before.
