You are literally RIGHT next to a train track. South daytona is a shithole. Don't expect alot.
The manager (lilah) is bad and needs to go. Very rude, condescending and a bully and will target specific people. The train is so loud. The pool bathrooms are locked for the staffs "safety". So this place isn't safe? The rent has increased $200 for tiny, outdated apartments. If you have visitors, even if its family, for over 72 hours YOU have to pay for a background check.
