If I could give 0 stars I would. Marcela did my federal & state taxes for the 2022 tax year in March of 2023 and I was charged over $600 dollars. I received a printout from her stating that my taxes had been e-filed. This year (2025), I received a notice from the CA Franchise Tax Board notifying me that my CA taxes were never filed. (Luckily my federal taxes were e-filed) It took over a week to get a hold of Marcela.
