Not a good experience. Staff already knew the Insurance is not accepted in this place, yet scheduled the appointment only to waste time. People’s time is valuable.
Excellent doctors however the personnel are rude and do not help at all. I have been a patient for over 15 years and every year it just keeps getting worse with the personnel and thier referral process. Another medical provider has been requesting my medical records for 3 months and they still have not send it and when I called they say I cannot get access to my own records.
