Was a tenant from October 2021-May 2023 The property was infested with rats…they would tear holes through steps and the owner considered not his responsibility when it was infested before move in. Neighbor and I caught and killed at least 10 rats they would chew through walls etc. when I moved in the unit wasn’t clean nor was doors replaced from previous tenant/touch up paint . Although the son was flexible the owner was barely seen /lazy when it came to repairs and pest control.
