When in the process of purchasing a home, the seller was paying for a new roof on the house so I received a quote from this company and provided the seller with the quote. Very satisfied. Kevin was my first quote. I held off on the attic inspection . Got four more quotes. Had Kevin back for the inspection. His feedback confirmed in my mind his honesty. His quote was one of the two lowest. Interestingly his quote used the same roofing materials as one of my higher quotes. His crew of two took three days to do a 3000 square foot roof. Marciano Roofing came out and installed a new roof after a terrible experience we had with a different roofer. They’re extremely knowledgeable and efficient! We really appreciate their hard work!
We hired Marcano roofing after they gave us a better price than another competitor, and convinced us they could do a better job. I was out of town caring for my parents, and did not get to inspect the work until a couple months after the job ended. The roof itself was okay, but other things were not.
