Twice in the past 6 months I have spoken to Mr. Yount about concerns with my car and each time he has given me honest, patient answers to my all questions. Both times I received Excellent, Fast Service at prices I could fit into my budget. He has definitley won my trust as someone who won't try to sell me things I don't need.
When it comes to tires... yes, come to the PROS. I had tires installed by the PROS for the first time this week. I was very impressed. This is what I observed... Store is maintained clean and tidy, great selection of tires in house, customer service reps. always greet customers as they walked thru the door, very timely turn-around time, waiting room not the best not the worst. Over all I feel that if you need tires you can not go wrong by utilizing the Tire PROS. It's a no brainer!
