Marc and Gina. First thank you again publicly on this review. I have a Toyotomi Laser 73 heater and I never had an issue with it but in a true need to fix because I had a renter coming within two days from servicing my Airbnb. I just happened to check the heater and thankfully I did. Marc just walked me through some ways to figure out the issue. It started running again. Our church's Monitor heater stopped working during the extreme cold in January. Mr. Wood helped us troubleshoot over the phone, and when we couldn't fix the problem ourselves, he had us bring it to his shop. He not only expertly repaired and serviced our heater, but also made sure it was ready to use before our next church service. The heater runs like a new one. His kindness and professionalism is so much appreciated!
