What a great staff and a physician! Dr. Marc Ward was very affirming. He took the time to communicate on an understandable level. He was kind and gracious. He seems to really want to resolve my issues. I felt he was committed and that means a lot when you been sick for a long time with no answers. Finally, I feel hopeful.
