The office is nice and the front desk and assistants are nice. The problem is that I don't recommend this office for crowns. Mine broke and I was unhappy with the fact that I had never had a crown problem with these teeth before. There was a problem matching the colors and one stuck up more than the other. I simply changed dentists and don't have any more problems with crown fit, color or longevity.
He can not make a crown. Went back 4 times for 4 different teeth. A nightmare? AND NOW ONE YEAR LATEST FRONT TOOTH CRACKED AGAIN. I do not understand how this happens and he specializes in cosmetic dentistry! He did replace and do all the work cost free from initial $5,000 but what a waste of my time and energy. I almost lost my mind took time off from work and the anxiety of it all. I give the worst rating of any doctor or dentist I have been to in 60 years.
Dr. Herman is warm and inviting. His staff is superb! They did not hurt me. The hygienist showed me how to brush and floss.
Dr. Herman has terrific hands, gentle, proficient, an artist. His staff is professional, inviting and accommodating.
Dr. Herman and the hygienists are conscientious and caring. It is clear that they want to provide the best care for their patients.
Dr. Herman and his staff are second to none! He is professional, smart, caring and his staff are superb. I would never leave him now that I have found the best.
The office woman are rude and obnoxious! Very unprofessional. Doris has an attitude from the streets. Can't believe the doctor would allow such an attitude and allow her to conduct any business with any patients ...she has no people skills. Perhaps is she is an older relative of his. Either way have never been to any office with such an unpleasant and cold atmosphere!!!!!!!!! Swill never go there again...... Sstay away. Many other dentists in the area.........
Not only is Dr. Herman a true example of an extremely skilled professional, who stands tall in the world of dentistry, but he is a warm and compassionate human being. I had always been terrified of dentists(which stemmed from my early childhood experiences). Now, I'm not saying a trip to the dentist is number one one my "to do list" but Dr. Herman, being Dr. Herman, has made me "90% less terrified"!
