I first went to Dr. Keys 30 years ago for very painful heel spurs. With his treatment, I have never had another problem in all these years. I also went to him and he cut tendons on my curly toes. He's the best. I will be making an appointment with him very soon for treatment of a nail fungus.
This guy is wonderful. He's an old fasioned Doc. who will take time, talk to you and make you feel welcomed. Yes the building is old, but that's how Doctors offices were, in their homes. The waitinig room is crowded because he's good and his patients are loyal. His staff works hard and are very sweet. If you like the cold, run-them-through, high rise type medical facility, so be it. I'll wait a little while and see Dr. Keys.
Way over booked. Wait time at least an hour or so. Rude receptionist.. Appointment time 945 & they called in 3 people ahead of us scheduled for later appointments.. Very small waiting room. Smells bad. Very hot. People standing because there are no seats. Needs allot of updates. Horrible parking..Needs allot of renovation.. Very small in the back. Equipment needs updated. Not very functional for people with handicaps of walking problems.. Changing doctors.
Ramshackle building next to some squalid homes with garbage strewn everywhere. Horrid pothole filled parking lot. Went inside on time & obviously very overbooked with 7-8 people ahead of me. But I left because the final straw was the rude & sour receptionist
