My wife and I contracted with Marc to build our dream home in what was going to be a new subdivision of 18 million dollar + homes in October 2018. If I could give Marc Rutenberg homes a zero star rating I would unequivocally, and without hesitation, do so! Our house was supposed to take 16-18 months to build and it actually took 48 months to build. Yes that’s not a typo. Add onto that figure 30 months to actually start building from when the contract was initially signed. So a total of 6 1/2 years from signing the contract to move in.
