Dr. Rosenthal is a great oral surgeon. I am a big baby and become very anxious when it comes to dental work and he put me at ease. And the entire staff was so helpful before, during and after my dental surgery. I highly recommend this dental office.
The doctor and nursing staff amazing. However all the issues happened during the 4 months they "processed claims". Made us pay what our out of pocket might be. And for those of you who dont understand insurance, whatever the insurance decided to pay, you will get reimbursed. Sons surgery, August. End of October "still waiting on payment". Middle of Noevmber "received payment now sending to secondary insurance" . I went rounds with office staff about payments and insurances. No one knew what was happening. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. They gave my appointment away that I waited for over a year and a half for. Now I have to wait another two months to get it done. I would recommend going anywhere else.
In September of 2024 my daughter was in an accident. The car accident caused my daughter to lose her two front teeth. This was a very traumatic experience. My husband called to make her an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal, when they heard what had happened they got us in the very next day. We received the most attentive care from the staff here. Last week I went in for oral surgery to have 2 teeth distracted. Upon arrival I was super nervous. My anxiety goes from 0 to 100 when it comes to dentists because of past experiences that were horrible. How ever the front desk talked to me ensured me I was going to be okay and left me know my fiancé could come to the back til I was ready to go to sleep which made it 50x easier for me.
