Tuesday, Oct 24, I was recommended to Dr Rose by my cardiologist... stopped at his reception desk to make an appointment and was told they would call me back. Saturday, Oct 28, passed...no call. I wrote an email requesting an appointment or at least another recommendation for a urologist if the Doctor was not taking additional patients. Today is November 1 and no reply. While Dr. Rose's reputation is excellent, I find his staff unprofessional and disappointing with their lack of response.
