It was a very awful and negative experience with them.I gave my neckalce for repair already explained that need it how it is right now after repairing,first time they called me saying its ready when i got there they did nithing i had explain all over again and then when i got the final call and got it picked up wherever they repaired it it had a black polish of the burn already told them in first visit that need it polished with the gold they said you have to pay extra for polish which they didnt informed me earlier.Also kno... read more
Went here to grab my watch for my birthday. Service was A1. My man Ali hooked me up and even help me line up my next watch. Store front was beautiful and the staff was super friendly to myself and anyone who walked in. Couldn’t recommend this enough.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of the best places for jewellery and watches! The staff are absolutely amazing. I brought in a pair of earrings to be repaired and tightened, and they took care of everything with no charge. I was blown away — who does that these days?! Such a kind gesture and incredible customer service. This is definitely my go-to place!
