We give Leslie 10 stars!!!. …. She was such a breath of fresh air. Chef gets 10 stars as well. We are a bit of seafood snobs the King Salmon, and the pre fix dinner were spot on. You don’t get service like that in Seattle anymore. Leslie will raise the bar. Hope we find her where she lands in Seattle
Exceptional service. I couldn’t sleep and came to the lounge at 10:59 p.m. The bartender, Hoel (I believe that’s the spelling) was so kind and made me a hot cup of tea, even though it was just one minute before closing. The morning restaurant staff were very accommodating when I told them I had to leave breakfast earlier than expected - they made my breakfast to go and clearly prioritized ringing me up right away, which was very considerate of them. We swung by the Marc for some drinks after dinner nearby. The bar had a decent bourbon selection and the atmosphere inside was relaxed/matched the overall upscale vibes of the hotel. Didn't try any food - but cocktails were decent.
