We had a 7:30 reservation, arrived 5 minutes early and were told we would have a long wait to be seated despite the reservation. Offered the bar and sent on our own to find a seat with a caveat to return to the front if we were unable to find a seat. Food was bland, took a long time and served cold. Service was horrible, 20 minutes to receive a glass of their featured wine, 40 minutes for dinner. Definitely not what I expected from this iconic property

Mojito was pretty good, food was good not great, for breakfast i had eggs Benedict...the hollandaise sauce had way too much lemon, the egg was basically hard boiled and the cook is heavy handed with the salt, I was expecting a little better...taste your food before you send it out next time.

Ordered the steak frites. Whoever decided to replace the old hand cut fries with basically DQ fries, should be fired. Not only were they terrible frozen from a bag fries, there was absolutely no salt, no truffle seasoning...NOTHING on them to provide any flavor. You're telling me not one person in this place knows that customers paying top price to eat at the Marc expect better food than Dairy Queen? The steak was full of tendons and was barely edible. Worst meal I've ever had here.

Clean, quiet, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was great, definitely recommend.
