Absolutely the best. Doc & staff are extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for patients making sure every concern or issue is addressed and understood. The office visits are FAST but otherwise an amazing practice and I couldn't be happier.
Dr. Milia operated on my left shoulder, and I was very pleased. I’m looking forward to having him repair my right shoulder. He’s highly competent, answers all of my questions, and I can tell he actually cares! My brother and two of my friends are physicians. I trust him as much as I trust them. You won’t find a better surgeon anywhere!

Dr milia and the team at Michigan Orthopedics are fantastic. They are very friendly and fully explain what they are doing. There is never a long wait so I am able to get back to work quickly. I would recommend Dr Milia to anyone who had a rotator cuff tear like I did.
Dr Marc Milia have been a true blessing to my young athlete. He has great patience but truly trust him. He makes me as a mom feel very comfortable with putting my child recovery in his hands. I left my surgeon of 30 yrs when I met Dr Milia. He is hands down the most professional, kind and caring doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve had 14 knee surgeries and was told replacement was only option. So I went to Dr Milia who did stem cell and PRP on my knee instead. To say it’s been life changing is an understatement. No pain or swelling and i feel like I’m 25 again. Reception by team on first visit was very good—-answered all my questions. Day of procedure went well. They are keeping in contact by email until my first post op visit.
I have had shoulder repair surgery done by Marc Milia. He is a caring, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled surgeon that has been able to repair my shoulder problem. I cannot be more pleased with a surgeon. He is genuinely interested in my well being and does not rush his patients, happy to answer any questions. Should I have any other issues, he will be my choice for an orthopedic surgeon.
