We called them to unblock a drainage pipe that goes out from the house to the main city drains and the plumber who came by used the snake on every OTHER pipe but the one that had the problem. After being told several times that the blockage is in this one particular drain he still avoided it. He also tried to charge us for 3 hours of work when it was only 2. Dieterle was at another house and my son explined a problem we were having, the sceduled plumber did not show up and it was going to be another day before I could schedule another one. Dieterle came right over after they were done with the house they were at and fixed our problem. A little expensive but who can complain? They done a GREAT JOB! Thank you Dieterle!!!
