We received an offer close to asking and expected them to push for better terms. Instead, they advised us to accept quickly without countering on repairs or closing costs. Later found out similar homes in the area sold for more with stronger negotiation. Felt like they were ready to settle just to get it done.

The MORE Team seemed more focused on closing fast than understanding what we needed. Showings felt like a checklist and they pushed us toward homes that didn’t fit our budget or criteria. When we asked questions about the neighborhood or costs, we got vague answers. Ended up walking away because we didn’t feel heard.
