I took my grandmother in to see DR Ialenti, really liked the Doctor and first visit. She needs Hyaloronic Acid injections on her knees but for some reason this office is refusing to send the authorization while I have my grandmother in pain. Ive called every single day for the last 10 days including calling them with United Healthcare on the phone. ALL this time wasted because ODONIS cannot send the authorization.
