Very unprofessional staff and unable to offer any assistance! I regret this surgeon working on my father. No guidance, no support, and never return calls !! Don’t waste your time going to this Dr. thanks to his horrible staff!
ITS BEEN PROBLEMS WITH THIS DOCTORS OFFICE FROM DAY ONE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE U HAVE TO CALL OVER AND OVER AGAIN ITS ALWAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE UR PHONE CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED MEDS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE CALLED N THERE ARE NEVER CALLED IN IF THE DOCTOR IS ON VACATION ITS NO ONE TO COVER HIM IF U HAVE A ISSUES U HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL HE RETURNS I REALLY HATE THAT MEMORIAL WEST CHOSE THIS DOCTOR TO DO MY SURGERY!! Dr. Ialenti is the MAN! By far the most down to earth doctor and extremely knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain whats going on and whats are the best treatment options. My knee needs surgery and this is the only DR I would trust! Your not a number like most drs office's. He treats you as a patient and has compassion! Doctors like him are one in a million!
I was injured at work and I am so blessed that this is the Dr the set me up to see. He explained how the worker comp world works. He diagnosed my injury and gave me the treatment and respect to listen to my concerns. His staff helped answer many questions and always helped take my calls and Liz and Holly have not only my best interest they also take care of his patients. Great job! God bless you all
