I'm so satisfied with Dr Ialenti and his team they are very courteous and professional and make you feel like family will totally refer him any day as an orthopedic surgeon he is the best!
Very disappointed with the lack of examination and attention given to my 92-year-old father. My father is 92 and currently in rehab recovering from a shoulder fracture. This is the same orthopedic surgeon who consulted on him while he was hospitalized at Memorial West, so we expected his follow-up visit to include an actual examination of his injured arm. I am so happy I found Dr. Ialenti and his team after I had some recent issues with one of my hips. He was listed in network with my insurance and his appointment staff were so friendly and helpful in scheduling my office visit. I scheduled my visit for a weekday afternoon and showed up 20 minutes early to complete my paperwork and was warmly greeted by the office staff and was brought back about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. Dr. Ialenti is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. He treated both my husband and my son with incredible care, professionalism, and kindness. We are so grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding orthopedic care.
I took my grandmother in to see DR Ialenti, really liked the Doctor and first visit. She needs Hyaloronic Acid injections on her knees but for some reason this office is refusing to send the authorization while I have my grandmother in pain. Ive called every single day for the last 10 days including calling them with United Healthcare on the phone. ALL this time wasted because ODONIS cannot send the authorization.
