Dr. Zare performed repair of my large hiatal hernia 6 weeks ago. Dr. Zare's work was impeccable. Everything was repaired with minimal damage to the area. The first weeks were definitely recovering from surgery, with some aches and pains and a limited diet. But, at 6 weeks, I am in nearly pain, sleeping well, back to exercise and stretching. Thanks to Dr. Zare, who is an experienced and gifted surgeon.
Dr. Zare and his staff are the absolute BEST! I began the process 2 years prior and quit because I did not feel comfortable with the doctor I had seen in Monterey and the experience. I was referred to Dr. Zare by another doctor that I respect very much. Dr. Zare was very thoughtful when working with me to get my appendix removed. I had some unusual circumstances, and some overseas travel to consider. Now that the procedure is done, everything went exactly to plan, and I am looking forward to returning to full physical activity.
Dr. Zare has given me my life back. I had gastric sleeve surgery July 11, 2017 and I feel amazing already. His office staff is wonderful. It has been such a pleasure working with them.
Dr. Marc Zare truly represents the Hippocratic Oath at its best. Dr. Marc, as I so dearly call him now, found two right-sided hernias, which more than 20 previous specialists and surgeons overlooked in nearly four years of severe suffering. He listened, he heard, he did a thorough exam, he diagnosed, he operated, and he healed me. My husband and I will be forever grateful.
