Intelligent, personable, and patient oriented.
I tried to see Dr. Fafalak about my lower back pain. I was unaware that his office had no parking lot available for patients. I was 5 minutes late, but by the time I parked, walked over and checked in at the front desk and arrived at the right office, it was about 15 minutes past my appointment. Dr. Fafalak refused to see me. With the amount of pain I was in and the fact that I had to walk so far to get there, I found this behavior unacceptable from a medical professional.
