Long wait but good experience
Their customer service is so bad, had me waiting for 2 hours to tell me I couldn’t be seen. The overbearing security guard at the door needs immediate training. He also needs to secure the place instead of being sassy and rude to the customers. His incompetency was jarring. The good that came out of it was that I found MetroLab a couple doors down. Go to them. More efficient, bigger space and acts like they want your business.
I waited for about 45 minutes on a Monday morning to get a TB test, then was in and out in less than 10 to get it read on a Wednesday. Staff is doing their best with limited space and resources. Folding chairs in the waiting room, and not many of them, so be prepared to be uncomfortable. Desk person was no-nonsense and medical staff was pleasant. Honestly if I needed a TB test again I would go back even though it’s a lil janky 🤷🏻♀️
