He was very clear on what the surgery would entail as well as willing to answer any questions. Handled an unexpected complication during my surgery and was able to fix that and finish up my original surgery.
Experienced. Aggressive about evaluating and employing latest tech developments. Great about prying relevant pre-op info from clients. Good listener. Very fussy and particular about his surgical teammates, demanding a high level of excellence. Empathetic office staff that treats patience with dignity, reasonable wait times. He is highly skilled. I had my gallbladder removed today. I was so surprised how smooth the procedure went. Highly recommend the doctor. Kelli who works for Dr. Simon really went out of her way to expedite my paperwork for work. I find her and Anna very nice. Kelli was so pleasant on the phone when I called several times, and answered my questions that I needed clarified. I want to sum it up with Thank you !!
