This location is a complete SCAM! Shazad Shaikh, MD was the scheduled doctor to see for my wife who messed up her ankle. We were scheduled a week out and the day before her appointment, he cancels and says we need to see someone more specialized. He could have said that last week and we could have already done that. What a complete crock! I advise you to NOT come here because they obviously do not care about their new patients and/or their time. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!

This has to do with the staff in the cafeteria. I was in there on the 28th at 8a during a relatives outpatient surgery.  I was way on the other side of the cafeteria by the glass windows and could still hear loud and clear the staff using the F word over and over, and saying really inappropriate things.  Maybe they and the management there need a refresher on hospital etiquette and professionalism.

I went to the emergency hospital at overlook medical in Summit NJ on Oct 17, 2025. I had painful facial, lip swelling due to a negative reaction from a medication I was taking 2 1/2 weeks prior. The rude emergency doctor wanted me to take plain Anoxicillian and not Anoxicillian Clavulanate which is the proper medicine I need to permanently remove my facial swelling. An hour later a rude male told me that the Very rude emergency doctor had already discharged me before giving me the prescription for the plain Anoxicillian. I'v... read more

In my experience, the communication as an ex-employee was horrible and some of the staff were just plain rude especially ones that were transmitting patients to different floors. I get that its a stressful environment, but that is not excuse for employees to be incredibly nasty and rude.

I went to this location because word of mouth from my friends. From the receptionist, staff, nurse and doctor all were exceptional. Polite as well as professional. My concerns were listened to and addressed. Highly recommend.

Last night my 94-year-old mother-in-law was brought into Chilton Hospital, in severe pain. She fell and broke her hip which was not known at the time. The ER was extremely busy, and my mother-in-law was not seen for hours and in all that time she was in severe pain. Something needs to be done, add doctors, medical assistants, para medics people that can work under the supervision of doctors to help reduce the flow and the stress. I can't imagine the stress of a doctor handling that number of patients, with the patients being... read more

My doctors were excellent. Operating Room for cardiology was very uncomfortable, wires everywhere. My wife was told she would see me after surgery but they told her after the surgery she would have to wait until the next day. They called her one hour after she left and said she could see me in a half hour. Total lack of communication on their part. They removed IV needle from my arm, was very painful at site, blood ran all over my arm, gown and bed. The last nurse to see me was the one that removed it, she wrapped gauze ... read more
