The facility is small enough you don’t feel like a number and big enough you know they have what they need in case of an emergency. Dr Taormina is easy to talk to and answers all questions. Explains everything well, easy to understand. The group of nurses are also great!
Dr. Taormina was outstanding ! The entire experience was excellent. Everyone involved did a fantastic job. The entire experience was very smooth, and I was very impressed with the caring staff. everyone was very friendly and courteous.
When another person said "the best experience I have ever had at ANY kind of Medical Center", they were describing my experience exactly! From the first person who checked me in to the last nurse that hugged me goodbye, I have never felt more cared for in all my 69 years of medical treatments! And of course, Dr. Taormina was just the icing on the cake! What a nice man and so gentle. I'm telling all my friends that they never want to consider anywhere else for their gastro care!
The staff are very caring. I did not want for anything during my recent procedure (love the warm blankets!) Nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors were all great.
