From the great employees and their friendly greetings. You can tell they are sincere about their work. Clean facilities that were very presentable. Was an excellent experience knowing you would receive great support and healthcare.
All staff professional and helpful. Dr Taormina took time before and after procedure to answer all questions and concerns.
Everyone was professional and kind.
During my first visit with him, Dr. Taormina attentively listened to my concerns, carefully examined me, and promptly ordered and scheduled a medically necessary procedure for me before I had my blood drawn on site for a lab test. Within one week, the procedure was conducted at the adjacent surgical facility and a detailed, written report was made available to me before discharge and was also posted on the patient portal. Was put at ease with the procedure.
I had a great experience from the start. Everyone from scheduling to nurses to the doctor were all friendly and knowledgeable. The prep was explained and all my questions were answered prior to my procedure. I would recommend Midwest GI Health if you’re looking for a group who cares for their patients.
Dr. Taormina is a great doctor and puts you at ease. Have gone to him for several procedures. The G.I. Clinic is great also. Very good bedside manner at both places.
