I've been a patient of Dr Breslow for years - great guy no beefs about him but his staff recently I'm not to happy with - I called to get approval for jell shots and the lady I talked to get the approval called me back quickly saying that approval for shots had come thru and proceeded to make appointment - I arrived for my appointment today only to be informed that I had not gotten approval from primary - okay my responsibility but nothing was mentioned by staff person who went ahead and made appointments - so now I have to ... read more
