I’ve been trying to get in contact with this team for a little over a week I’ve never gotten a call back and when they text me they don’t respond till 9 pm , reading other reviews I think I’ll be going to the bbb because I need a place and they aren’t helping what so ever. One word responses is crazy. Don’t use them please it’s a waste of time .
Marc and Skylar at BG Asset Management have been overseeing our families multi family units in Richmond and Berkeley, CA for me since 2018 and I have been extremely happy with the way his team has handled everything during that time. Marc is very knowledgeable when it comes to property management. I highly recommend reaching out to learn more about the services he and his company provides.
If I could put less than one star I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, they do not keep up with maintenance, electrical and structural hazards on their properties, and they will screw you over any chance they get.
Marc's a great guy, really looks out for you. He and his team seem to always be trying to push to do more and implement new tools to help protect you and grow your revenue.
