This place has been a complete joke, for starters they change doctors every few months. There has been times they lost my files completely cuz of there new system but whatever those 2 things I let slide. My last appointment and follow up takes the cake. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I didn’t have to. I needed a medical clearance three weeks before my surgery, but the office couldn’t accommodate me until two weeks prior. To make matters worse, when I arrived, the front desk couldn’t find me in their system. They explained they were transitioning to new software and hadn’t transferred all the patient data, which delayed the process.
